			Manuel Barnes, Founder and President of EGIS, Inc., Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Zoology from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Science in Water and Land Resource Planning from Colorado State University, and is a Ph.D. candidate in Fishery and Wildlife Biology at Colorado State University. Manuel has practiced a variety of environmental sciences, specializing in wetlands and related biology, for over 26 years. Manuel is certified as a professional wetlands scientist, an asbestos inspector, and an indoor air quality consultant.

			Drew Holt earned a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of Arkansas, Monticello, and has practiced urban and rural forestry as well as wetlands forestation and related wetlands sciences since 1987. Drew’s extensive experience in plant, water, and soil science has proven valuable on many high-profile projects for major clients across the nation. Drew is a Registered Forester in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Alabama.

			Phil Penny earned a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Wildlife from Arkansas Tech University in 1999. In addition, Phil has received NRCS training on Environmental Quality, Wildlife Habitat, Forestry, Wetland Reserve, and Resource Conservation and Development. Phil’s experience includes analysis, planning, design, management, and stewardship of the natural and built environment. Phil is also active in several outdoor and environmental organizations.

			Suzanne Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Florida, and provides critical support services to all of the EGIS companies; relying on her years of experience as a financial and personnel manager, office manager, bookkeeper, and business owner. Suzanne serves as corporate Treasurer, and is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s finances, as well as coordinating the work of various staff members in the field.
