Joe Tarvin, President of EGIS Engineering, Inc., earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas and has practiced as a consulting engineer since 1966. His responsibilities have included all aspects of civil engineering projects from concept to completion of construction; including marketing, project funding, project management, client relations and representation, project planning and design, plans and specifications, services during construction, and system operation and maintenance.  Joe’s specialty is water and wastewater systems and treatment. Joe has designed award-winning projects and projects featured on publications with international circulation.

Joe is licensed to practice engineering in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Florida.

David Gilbert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas. David entered engineering practice in 1989.  His experience includes small commercial site design, large commercial site design, subdivisions, streets, drainage, sewer construction and sewer rehabilitation designs.

David is licensed to practice engineering in Arkansas and Missouri.

Larry Gregory holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech). Larry entered engineering practice in 1991.  His experience includes small commercial site design, large commercial site design, subdivisions, streets, drainage, sewer construction and natural gas line relocations.

Larry is licensed to practice engineering in Arkansas and Oklahoma.

Ben Wilson holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Surveying Technology from the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton, a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arkansas at Monticello (Magna Cum Laude), and a Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana Tech University. Ben entered the Surveying profession in 2003.  His surveying experience includes Public Land Survey System retracement, topographical surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, tract splits, construction staking and land records research.

Ben is licensed to practice Land Surveying in Arkansas.

Rhonda Moon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Arts and Science of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health Science from East Central University in Oklahoma.  Rhonda has five years of experience as an environmental scientist, working on a variety of projects.  In addition, Rhonda is well versed in software programs including AutoCad’s Land Development Desktop and Civil Design packages, and utilizes that experience to assist the engineers in successful production of plans for various projects.

Deborah Shultz holds an Associate Degree in Architectural Drafting Technology from Northwest Technical Institute. Deborah is skilled in software programs including AutoCad’s Land Development Desktop, Civil Design, and Civil 3D packages, and is knowledgeable in grading and drainage layout, wastewater and water design, and structural design.  Deborah utilizes her experience in many facets of Computer Aided Drafting and Design to assist the engineers in successful production of plans for various projects.

Jeremy Duke graduated at the top of his class at the Navy Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center in Dam Neck, VA, and entered the surveying profession in 2002.  His surveying experience includes topographical surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys,  construction staking and as-built surveys. Jeremy assists our Professional Surveyor and also performs construction observation, verifying that work is done according to the project plans and specifications.
